Walk by a window or door of our Puerto Monttian home, on any given evening or early morning this month, and you will definitely get the distinct impression, that you are walking past the residence of a elderly chain smoking couple. The avalanche of coughing usually culminates with a chain reaction of clearing throats, flegm removal and lozenge insertion. The national tissue company will certainly be considering us for the upcoming honorariam, of "most boxes bought and used in a months time" award, if this continues much longer. It's not like we couldn't have seen it coming though....daily working alongside sneezing, snotty nosed youngsters, staying out at dinners and birthday parties until 1am on school nights (which appears to be customary here) and top that off with a cold and rainy spring season followed by a unending attack of molds and pollens. Odds of a being blessed with a cold or the flu are pretty good.
We will both be glad when the fevers have dispersed, the coughing returns to hibernation, and the sun shows it's face more than three times a week. Life is good, the flu sucks...
I'm so sorry to hear that you're still dealing with so much sickness again...praying for speedy and complete healing for you both! "The sun will come out tomorrow..."Much love, prayers, and hugs sent your way!!Mom Martin
